No. Local and Cloud notes remain in separate workspaces. Local notes move only when Sync is enabled and you explicitly confirm a merge or choose Cloud as an import destination.
When Cloud access ends, your Cloud notes and history are retained for 30 days. Subscribe during that window to restore access; after the deadline, Cloud note content is permanently deleted from the live service.
