Refund Policy

1. Who Handles Payment and Refunds

Notestopin Cloud is developed and supplied by Salah Louizy, an individual sole proprietor trading as Notestopin. Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for paid Cloud subscriptions. Paddle processes the charge and is responsible for issuing approved refunds to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through Notestopin's Account settings or the Paddle buyer portal linked in your purchase email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep Cloud access until then and will not be charged for another period. Cancelling does not automatically refund a charge already made.

Cloud Sync is available without charge until September 26, 2026. Free access requires no payment method, creates no paid subscription, and produces no charge to refund. When the promotion ends, a paid plan starts only if you actively choose and complete a checkout.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable right relating to withdrawal, a service that is faulty or not as described, an unauthorized or duplicate charge, or a service we fail to provide.

Paddle may also consider a discretionary refund request submitted within 14 days of a transaction. Eligibility is decided case by case and a request is not a guarantee of approval. Different or additional statutory periods can apply in some countries.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Use “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” in the Paddle confirmation email, then choose the refund or support option; or
  • Visit paddle.net and choose “Request refund.”

Include the purchase email, transaction or receipt number, purchase date, and a short explanation. You may also email support@notestopin.com for product support or help identifying a transaction, but do not send payment-card details. Notestopin cannot refund you outside Paddle's payment system.

5. After a Refund or Payment Reversal

When promotional access ends without an active plan, or Paddle reports that a refunded, reversed, disputed, or failed transaction leaves no active subscription, Cloud access ends. Under normal account closure, Cloud notes and history enter the same 30-day retention period described in our Privacy Policy, after which they are permanently deleted from the live service if no active plan is restored. Local notes and exports are unaffected. Access may be suspended sooner while suspected fraud, abuse, or a chargeback is reviewed.

6. Refund Timing

Paddle returns an approved refund to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method, and your bank or issuer. Paddle will provide the authoritative refund status.
